Workshop Goals
This 1 ½ day workshop part of a series of events surrounding the international Mapping Science exhibit, see SciMaps and Atlas of Science. Workshop participants will present their work and discuss challenges and opportunities for rendering science visually, see sample maps by artists at:
- TextArc Visualization of “The History of Science”
- Zones of Invention - Patterns of Patents
- Hypothetical Model of the Evolution of Science
- Bill Clinton, the Lippo Group, and China Ocean Shipping Co. a.k.a. COSCO, Little Rock – Jakarta – Hong Kong, ca. 1990s (5th version)
- History of Science Fiction
